This will be the first of three courses that focus on how you use your energy for your greatest advantage.

Our breath is the energy of our life force.
And the Kabbalah shows us the way our life force develops.
The more we become aware of our in-born system, and how to knowingly use it,
the more control we have to cultivate new practices when thinking about our relaxation.
This is all about enhancing our self-care and spiritual growth.

As your energy becomes more vibrant new relaxation practices will support your deepening of faith and trust for your increased senses of fulfillment in dealing with matters of life stresses and anxieties, frustrations, fears or worries. These feelings will fade resulting from your cultivated relaxation techniques that become second nature over time. 

When we rest our mind, we give rest to our body. 
And the more our body rests, the greater our ability to heal existing issues.
We have more healing energy power available to us than we recognize.

Imagine how it would be to tap into the quietness of your mind
and experience the fullness of relaxation in your body, at will.

With all that you do, and think about all that you’d like to do,
do you find yourself more tired these days than ever before?

The need to relax goes beyond the need of the aging body,
as it is a need for becoming more aware of living in today’s toxic world.

The good news is that the brain has the capacity to expand as the body grows tired.

for your body to feel consistently well-rested as it supports the energetic thinking mind?

Whatever your relationship is with giving your body the rest it so needs
in order to comfortably address your daily activities, the practice of

For this purpose we will explore various relaxation techniques,
as guided by the ancient wisdom of the Kabbalah, underscored
by the evidence-based findings of today’s scientific community. 

Each week new practices will be offered for you to explore and discover what works best for you.
At the end of each session you will have new tools to choose from and skills to support your well-earned relaxation.

* We will learn applied experiences of relaxation.
* We will heal with new awareness of relaxation.
