Sharon Fingold has been researching various branches of her family tree for more than 30 years and has not found her Fingold grandfather’s immigration information. Instead of throwing up her hands and saying it’s all lost, she joined an immigration study group which introduced her to a rich variety of resources that helped fill in the gaps. In this presentation, Sharon will share what she started with, the resources she used to provide context and color to the family history, and some of the history she learned along the way.
