2018 - Mishloach Manot - An Etz Chayim Purim Tradition

FAQ

Does every family get a Mishloach Manot bag? Yes

So, what is the difference between participating and not participating?  Each bag will contain a scroll with a Purim greeting from the Congregation.  If you'd like to add your Purim greeting to your neighbor's scroll, participate and select your neighbor's name.  You can select as many names as you'd like - the whole Congregation if you want to.

Will my bag be delivered to my house?  Most will.  We apologize in advance to the few congregants who live too far away for delivery.  We will still have a bag for you, but ask that you pick it up from Etz - we'll let you know who you are.

What's in the bag?  It will be a surprise to us, too. But trust us - it's gonna be great. And, of course, hamentashen for everybody.

This sounds fun, but what about people who really are hungry? 10% of funds after expenses will be sent to the Ecumenical Hunger Project.

Okay, I'm ready.  What do I do?  Please choose below your level of participation in wishing your fellow congregants a Happy Purim.

Please enter the families and/or groups you'd like to send a Purim greeting to.  To make less typing for you and less confusion for us, we've assigned each group a letter and each family a number.  You can see that information by clicking here (it is the same list you received in the mail).  You don't need to make any selections if you are sending greetings to everyone.
